The baking tray for making cake rolls is generally a 28*28 baking tray, this plate is also a very versatile plate, the baking tray that comes with the oven is generally very general, so if I want to bake cookies, mooncakes, crisps, puffs, mochi will be placed on the 28 baking sheet, I use three energy, 28 baking tray will have three heights, 1.5 is a sugar tray, 3 cm is a conventional baking tray, 5 cm belongs to a deep plate can be used to make meal kits. I usually use three such baking sheets.

 

Chiffon molds are generally four six eight inches, four inches three, six inches two, eight inches one, basically enough. Because the amount of a four-inch formula is very small, the operation is not very convenient, a six-inch formula can make three four-inches, a four-inch bento box. Six-inch chiffon is a relatively common size, one is used to only test chiffon, because chiffon is dependent on the mold, if this mold is greased, the coating is scratched, this mold may not bake successful chiffon, blood lessons, the other can be used to bake some cheesecake, bread, mousse. Eight-inch one is fine, because two eight-inch ovens that can fit are either very large or very professional, and a 60-liter oven may not be able to fit two eight-inches.
