1. After cooling the baking tray to room temperature each time, please use a soft rag or plastic scraper to remove the residue remaining in the baking tray, and only use a soft rag to treat it when it is higher than room temperature.
2. After using the utensils for a period of time, it is recommended to thoroughly clean with a soft rag with warm water and a small amount of neutral detergent, and then bake with the residual temperature of the oven (about 80 °C) for 5-10 minutes after drying the water stains on the surface, keep it dry and use, or use a soft rag moistened with baking pan oil.
3. Do not leave baked or unbaked products in the utensils, because the corrosion formed by moisture, sugar and starch accumulated in the product will corrode the metal material at the bottom of the oxidized non-stick coating, thus affecting the non-stick effect and service life of the coating.
4. The baking tray needs to be cooled before stacking and storage, and the storage and stacking should be carefully and lightly placed to keep the utensils dry, not to be stored and stacked in a humid place, and to take and place up and down when using to avoid collision and friction caused by careless operation, resulting in non-stick coating wear and scratches.
5. When decoating, try to take out the baked goods vertically. On automatic lines, it is often necessary to ensure that the speed of the conveyor belt is in harmony with the speed of the demolding action to avoid abnormal losses.
6. When cleaning the baking tray, please use non-irritating or neutral detergent, do not use strong acid and strong alkali, do not rinse with high-pressure water, and do not soak for a long time.
